The cutting room should cut the fabric with the new moulds to test if the fabric workable, when the bulk materials are in house.

The production line team leader should sew a sample bag with previously test-cut bulk maerials, to make sure the bulk bags meet the approved sample production.

#3

The 3 departments including sales, QC and production should have a meeting to review the test samples, in order to make sure the bulk production can match to the approved sample.

The initial 10 bags from the bulk production line should be reviewed right in the production line QC spot to double check and avoid the mistake or incorretion during the running production.

100% open the box to re-inspect all the products.

Isolate all the rejected products when found.

Mark the problem on the product.

The QC and the leader of production should meet to find the reason.

The production line should fix the rejected products or remake them to insure the PO quantity.

The QC should organize the meeting after the current PO is finished.

QC should record the quality issues by documents .

The QC should organize a meeting with the production line to prevent from the same problem, before the next PO starts.
